The new management of the Osteria aims to dispel the cliché that "everything good is bad" and that the excellence of a dish "depends solely on the hand of the cook". Their greatest care is in the search for organic raw materials that have preserved their native composition and taste. All this to offer pleasant flavours to our senses with products that have not been altered by chemical or genetically modified substances.
